EMTC LLC provides comprehensive training & consultation to our clients and partners to increase their ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural and man-made disasters, including disease outbreaks, chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear incidents and events, as well as industrial accidents such as chemical spills, or terrorist events. Services include plan development, training development and execution, simulation exercise development and execution, after action reporting and improvement planning, and strategic program design/redesign.

President and CEO: James A. Banaski, Jr., MS, MEP, CEM
Mr. Banaski has over 28 years of combined federal service having served in the US Army and as a federal civil servant for the Department of the Army and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Mr. Banaski served as a Chemical Operations Specialist specializing in reconnaissance and special operations, having served in various locations around the world. As a federal civil servant Mr. Banaski served the Department of the Army in various assignments including training development, program/project management, and simulation exercise development, utilizing his skills and knowledge of CBRN detection and response. While serving at the CDC, Mr. Banaski became a recognized expert in public health emergency management, providing technical assistance and capacity building consultation around the world, concentrating on emergency operation center development and operations, Incident Management Systems, and the integration of public health programs into emergency management structures. Mr. Banaski is a recognized expert in the integration of public health preparedness and response programs into broad governmental programs.
Mr. Banaski is a Center Affiliate for Georgetown University's Center for Global Health Science and Security, an Adjunct Instructor for the Biohazardous Threat Agents and Emerging Infectious Diseases program, as well as an Adjunct Instructor for Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health specializing in international emergency planning. Mr. Banaski also served for over 10 years as an Adjunct Professor for Drury University specializing in Environmental Law, Hazardous Materials Management and Environmental Management.
Mr. Banaski possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Biology from Drury University and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management from Webster University. Mr. Banaski also holds the Certified Emergency Manager credential from the International Association of Emergency Managers and the Master Exercise Practitioner designation from the US Department of Homeland Security.
